What are our adult assumptions regarding Generation Z’s online identity, privacy, social media addiction, bullying, and digital literacy? Let’s have a conversation about today’s generation.
- Identity: How do we help our learners become aware of the existence of collapsing contexts?
- Privacy: How do we help our learners to manage the flow of personal information in social networks?
- Addiction: How do we help our learners focus in a world dominated by the pull of digital social connection?
- Bullying: How do we help our learners think critically about celebrity culture and drama?
- Literacy: How do we help our learners develop the skills necessary to navigate a socially mediated, information-rich landscape?
