From vocabulary.com:
Radical
If something is considered extremist or very different from anything that has come before it, call it radical.
The noun, radical, comes from the Latin radix “root,” and in fact, radical and root are synonymous as technical terms in fields such as math and linguistics. In more everyday language, a radical is someone who has very extreme views, so you could say that their views are different from the root up. Similarly, a radical flaw or change is a fundamental one whereas a radical design or idea is very new and innovative.
adj (used of opinions and actions) far beyond the norm

I have become more aware of approaching personal interactions with an asset model––each individual has a gift to contribute in each interaction. Things I think about: How will my interaction support the conditions for that gift to be released? What does it make possible when I honor the individuality of those in the organization? How might this radical belief in individuality contribute to our efforts at transformation?
What aspects or areas of the educational system are you working to change? How might you be radical? What might be the outcome of your radical efforts?
